Sham-rock pony

I just went to wal mart and pass this bank but didn't see this board. I just straight to Customer Service to replace my camera. After that, I get card store in for replace camera, I turn around and pass this bank again but saw this board that who drew My Little Pony for this month. And yes, this base is Twilight Sparkle. I am guessing someone who is huge fan of Twilight Sparkle. I didn't have a chance to ask who drew this. I told to bank worker that I will post the Facebook and DeviantArt to see people's comment. Anyway, comment much you like for this pony. This pony is not mine. It is someone and I don't know who did this pony.

One more thing. If you are planning to draw this pony for her, then I have to go there in bank and ask permission. Or I can call them from here. So please let me know so I will call them.
